Burger Underground

Nothing really to write home about. None of the tables were wiped down when we sat down, staff didn't even bother to offer to wipe our table down, we were able to sit down and my fiance was able to go to the bathroom and come back and then sit their for a moment before someone came to take our drink order, their drink selection was not stellar, and what little food they had to choose from was just blah. Their was nothing special about this place. You could go to any dive bar in any town and get the same if not better service, drinks and food. I have this place two stars because at least the food was eatable.

I had a double smash burger with American cheese for lunch today. It was cooked perfectly to my liking and it had the softest bun. The pickles here aren’t your typical hamburger style dill chip. They’re a very thick cut hearty bread and butter type with an interesting little kick of spice. I’m typically a dill pickle girl, but I’ll definitely be ordering extra pickles when I come back next time.

Ordered online for pickup. When I went in to get it, the gentleman at the hostess station acted like it was a huge bother to get up and get my order. Burger was so dry and overdone I would have choked without water. This is with cheese, bacon, ketchup and mustard. Loaded tots are really good but would have been better with the ranch I didn’t get.

just to make a star, because I can't get zero. no atmosphere, dry burger, stale bretzel bungalow, uninterested, indifferent staff, dirty floor. the first and last time. competition policy this link must be closed. Go on and go to tia ponchos!
