I had the experience of visiting Burger Village today. I got the beef burger with seasoned fries. The establishment was very clean and staff super friendly. However… suffice to say the food was nothing particularly amazing. The burger was decent especially the special sauce. I did however ask for it to be cooked to medium and was met with a leathery well-done burger instead. The fries themselves were crispy and golden so great job there. My mistake was ordering the seasoned variety. I truly believe seasoned fries to be superior… not in this case. They were caked in so much seasoning blend I inhaled some of the powder and choked slightly. The icing on the cake being that my burger and sauces...
Food was great but the service....good lord...so the food would be 4 stars but service 1 star. While my stay, about 40 mins, I seen 5 people walk from their tables to ask for napkins and 2 people asking for a refill. When my food was served, no utensils or napkins, even my area wasnt even wiped down, still had someone soda/beer spillage. I had to ask for napkins as well half way through my Yummy burger. And ask for 2 refills as well. I tried to make it obvious n moved my glass for them, 4 girls behind the bar, which only needs one really but not one asked or even inquired how my meal was until I asked for the check. again, food was great but Service was Zero.

Burgers are high quality and fries taste fresh. I wish the server was a bit friendlier and the chairs were a little more comfortable though. One of our burgers was wrong but we didn’t complain because let’s face it you can take off the items you don’t like. The prices aren’t too bad for an organic restaurant and exactly what I would expect to pay. I was a little upset because it was either an owner or manager that was speeding in the parking lot to park at the front door and I was crossing with a handicapped person at the time. Doesn’t look good ? sorry.

forgot to take a picture of the burger… but it’s delicious and the fries are tasty.Never had a bad experience. I always ordered for pick up when I worked close by! So sad I don’t anymore
Oh my God, the food was incredible! I will definitely be ordering again. This was my first time ordering and I was blown away by their special sauce.
The burgers are fantastic, but unfortunately the fries are not packaged properly, resulting in them arriving soggy and unappetizing.
lunch is a good offer. the burger was great, the pommes are not my taste, but I assume that others like the chili-spiced pommes.
