The food has good flavor which was why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1. I ordered right when they opened. I decided on the Cowboy Burger (adding mushrooms and jalapeños for a dollar each) and a Caesar side salad. Got back to the lunch room at my work and discovered the salad was bone dry with no dressing(thankfully my boss had a bottle of thousand island in the fridge). I visited their website to place an order and called in to confirm my order. However, the price quoted to me over the phone was higher than what was listed online. I pointed this out, but she refused to honor the website price. This kind of practice is unacceptable; you can't promote one price and then charge a different amount. It's poor business. Additionally, I was shocked to find out that they wanted to charge me 99 cents for ketchup. This is a burger restaurant! Why should I have to pay extra for ketchup on my burger? The food was good, and it wasn't crowded when we visited on a Thursday night. The woman who took our order was pleasant, but her English wasn't very strong, making it a bit difficult to understand her. Similarly, when the man brought our food to the table, I didn't recognize one of the dishes. I asked him what it was, but he didn't speak any English at all. The restaurant itself was clean and well-organized. However, I was annoyed by the 3.5% credit card fee they charged. Really? Although I enjoyed the burger, I don’t think I’ll be returning. The meal shown in the picture costs $18, and it feels overpriced. You get a sandwich, a drink, fries, and a cold cup of cheese dip, but the quality doesn't justify the price. I would rate it 2 stars because the fountain drink machine was out of 75% of the options, and the food is quite pricey for what you receive. However, the customer service was friendly, and the sandwich and fries were decent, so I settled on 3 stars.
The food here is incredible, and I really appreciate the lively atmosphere with all the sports games playing on the TVs! The Bottoms Up beer system is a fantastic feature. I highly recommend trying the chicken wings! If you're a fan of spicy food, don't miss the Spice Wagon-style cheesesteak—I had no idea they offered cheesesteaks until I visited!
