Burgers Brothers - Réservation de table

Tried all the burgers in Geneva. This is a new spot that opened recently I wanted to try it out. Went there for lunch. Waited 5 minutes in front of the cashier, no one to acknowledge me or my friend. I forced the contact talking to the lady that was cleaning the dishes at the same time talking to us. She tells me that she can’t take the order but that I can sit someone will Come. 10 minutes after no one came so I get up and wait for another 10 minuted until I’m acknowledged by the manager. He tells me to wait until he finishes serving the 8 burgers that are ready just to be able to order... kitchen under the water with 10 orders waiting... strange the place is half empty. After another 5 min...

Normally I don 't submit negative reviews on restaurants because I understand that, 1. All restaurants have their 'off ' days, and 2. Jobs are at stake. But my experience at Burgers and Brothers is so awful that it would be irresponsible of me to keep quiet. First, the burgers were mediocre. The beef patties were cold and unappetising. But the real nightmare was when we discovered a piece of glass in the burger itself (see attached photo. We decided to inform the staff about the issue but to our surprise, the staff offered no apologies. Instead, they acted as if having a glass shrapnel in their burgers is a 'normal ' thing. We will definitely not return after such a shocking experience.

We stopped by for a quick bite on the way home. Nice place, cleaned and super friendly service. We had 2 burgers, both where grilled as to our request. Fries where good, portion was sufficient and prices where absolutely agreeable for Genever. If you feel like a Burger I’d recommend you stop there!

Great place. One of the best burgers I've ever eaten in my life, BRAVO. The products are quality. The staff is very professional and smiling. Can't wait to come back and try other Burgers and the desserts look great. I RECOMMEND YOU Réservez une table maintenant

Really nice staff, as usual the burgers are very good and as in any burger that respects itself at a minimum, we ask you how the steak is cooked and above all we do it perfectly.

It's a treat, the best burger I've eaten in Geneva. That's what we call Burger! THANKS. And the Service is really excellent, thank you

We eat well, the atmosphere is pleasant and for cheese lovers the cheddar supplement is great!
