I visited Burgers Melbourne recently and ordered a C pack, clearly requesting no chili multiple times. However, due to the staff playing loud music and wearing a face mask while taking orders, my request was completely ignored. When I received my meal, my chips and chicken were covered in chili, which I cannot eat. I returned the food, but the staff member told me there was nothing she could do. I had to pay for a replacement, which was made last despite me being the first to order, instead of simply remaking my original order as I requested. I’m very disappointed with the customer service and the handling of my order from the menu.
