Burgur Pakenham - Réservation de table

I placed my order at 1:30, and now it's 3:30. I've had five different drivers assigned to my order, which has been delayed multiple times, and I haven't received any response from the restaurant. Their phone doesn't seem to work, and all my attempts to reach them have been unsuccessful. This is by far the worst service I've experienced, and I'm currently facing a three-hour wait for my lunch.

Ordered on uber eats. Paid priority, didn't get priority. Burgers, onion rings and Fries came cold and it was all very greasy. It was so bad we couldn't eat it all and had to chuck half of it in the bin. We complained to uber eats and got our money back. This place needs to bring their quality of food standards up.

I love eating, but the service is confused. ordering over an app, my order was confirmed, said it was prepared, said it was on the way, said a driver was on the way, nearly 2 hours later my order canceled. until then, everything else was closed so I didn't get dinner.

Got the Beef and bacon burger, was quite nice and filling.Store was presentable and clean, one of the staff members was eating their lunch on the bench when I came in. Perhaps they would benefit from a break room?Situated in an ideal area of the shopping centre. Réservez une table maintenant

I tried the new burger place in Pakenham on Friday night. I posted about it on her wall, but they won't publish it. I ordered three burgers, and I’m giving it a rating of 2 out of 5.

Be warned it's quite pricey but if you like a delicious burger then this is your place. There is plenty of variety so its sure to have just what your tastebuds are after

I visited a restaurant that claimed to be open, placed my order, but then received a notification stating that my order was canceled and that they were actually closed.

If you like to wait for 2 hrs for a meal and get 6 alerts that it been pick up. Jump in and order. Then get a alert it cancel…….Absolutely pathetic… Don’ t Bother…… Réservez une table maintenant

the best burger place to order from, took over 1.5 hours to arrive. good eating, but terrible delivery service. they don't waste their time on these youngs.
