My husband and I ordered a taco dinner and a sope dinner for takeout, and when we got home, we were really disappointed. They placed the sopes directly on top of the rice and beans, making a mess with beans everywhere. It would have been much better if they had served the sopes separately from the rice and beans. When I called to express my concerns, the girl on the phone simply said that’s how they plate it. As a customer, I believe it’s important for businesses to listen to feedback like mine, as I’m sure others who ordered the same feel the same way but might hesitate to speak up.
We had just got out of an event at the auditorium next door. With 40 minutes left before close, we were told our large order would have to be to go... Amazed, we decided to drive to Portillos. We ordered, sat down with children and ate. We were all finished by 10:20. Had we not had to drive 20 minutes I 'm sure we could have been out of Burrito Express on time for them to lock the door.
This was our first time ordering from this restaurant, and overall I enjoyed everything we got, except for the $9 guacamole. I’m a big fan of guacamole, but this was definitely not the real deal. It had a very artificial taste, almost like it was made from some kind of avocado substitute. It didn't have that authentic flavor. Please use real avocados!
The food is great and the custservice is good. It's the best customer service I've seen in a very long time. The atmosphere is great for dining but don't sit near the doors.

The steak tacos were ok, but the rice was awful. It was hard and had no flavor to it. Definitely will not be back.

This place is a hidden gem! I highly recommend it. The food is delicious and reasonably priced.

Small place but your get free chips and salsa when you eat in. The chips are so good.
They have good food apparent by steady flow of customers.
