"I actually liked this place, and became a three times a week customer. Spent alot of money the past few months. But I am big on customer service, and was treated badly today. The new cashier messed on my order, which i calmly mentioned to her. But the manager Jennifer, disciplined me the customer because she was new and a teenager. Apparently i was not supposed to l say anything about what i paid for.I was so confused, i thought i was the employee. I kindly asked for a full refund, and I will not return. Exceptional Customer Service is a must, do better."

Oh my! What happened here? This place forgot about COVID. We walked in around 745pm and a server was sitting on the edge of the front counter beside the register. Her bottom right there! I was trying not to stare. The atmosphere and the menu has changed. We ordered the trio and our entrées with limits bc the fryer was down. I needed service plates and napkins so I went over to the counter to request and he was kind and helpful. However I think a manager or team lead woman,whoever walks up to me and asked if I were leaving. She analyzed our table bc phones were there, food and keys but no people. She said I thought you were leaving. I said no never would I order and leave without an explanati...
