I’ve eaten here several times before and have been impressed. Unfortunately we had a disappointing experience this time. The place was busy and did not appear to have enough people managing the table service; I ordered a simple green Thai curry and jasmine rice. The rice appeared first, lukewarm, without curry. It sat there and, when I asked for it to be replaced when the curry appeared, the same thing happened. Twice more times. My colleague asked for chopsticks multiple times to no avail. This was a large family outing to celebrate 2 birthdays. When you arrive, no one greets you. You just stand at the door wait. Eventually as no one came, I just walked into the restaurant luckily as my party was already seated, I just joined them. The food unfortunately was very average. I had a Thai green chicken curry oh my they sure as hell d don't know how to cook this it was watery, had only 3 pieces of chicken, even less flavour except for far too many chillies generally a huge disappointment. Whilst staying in London for the night for a work trip I met up with some family for some dinner. We had a table booked for 7.30pm and got seated at a square table with 2 other couples. Took a while to come and see to us for an order, it was quite busy. We ordered some drinks and then starters and mains. Within about 20 minutes my main was brought out followed by my started. Heard of this in places like Wagamamas but thought if I ordered a starter it would come first not all together. I ordered the chicken safety and the classic pad Thai. Disgusting, tasteless food. Slow and rude service. Incredibly dirty and smelly toilets. No toilette paper, dirty sinks. Food made me sick. Beef the worse Aldi quality. Chewy and half cold. Noodles overcooked. Thai food should be happy, colorfull and fresh This was worse than any food i ate this year. My daughter pad thai with chicken was sweet and sour not a decent thai with fresh veges and chillies. Tables sticky. Oh i cant write enough and i almost never write reviews but for this one i will post it everywhere. Dont let anything fool you. Dead food absolutely dead.

Came here for Valentine’s Day, the service started out good and food came quite quick, the waitress was attentive. But then the service got extremely slow, waited for almost 20 minutes for the dessert to come out and that was after having to ask a member of staff. They were not attentive as it got more busy and gave us the bill in a hurry and didn’t even apologise for forgetting about our order. The food was average, I’ve had better Thai food. And by the time the dessert came I had lost my appetite and mood after waiting for so long. Not the best experience.
We've been going to this restaurant after our Christmas shopping every year, but this will be the last time. Our waiter was great but the kitchen service was so slow and the food so bland and not what it usually is, we were both disappointed. The women's bathroom is a mess, taps hanging off, bucket on the floor collecting water and it looks dirty and unkept. The whole restaurant looks dirty, the benches are so stained and filthy, the decor is shabby. This is not a London standard restaurant in this location.
Very average. Food such a green curry was covered in green beans in a very dark green sauce. Not fresh tasting at all. Staff won’t advise you what extras come with food items so you may end up ordering more side dishes such as rice than what is needed. No sauces available so you will need to ask. A teaspoon amount of soy sauce is all you get unless you ask for more which would seem reasonable if you are 4 people.
I have ordered takeaway. When I went to pick up my order I have asked them if they have put it cutlery they said yes. So I got back to my car and there was no fork. So because of I already had an parking fine on my car I didn’t go back to restaurant. So I am going to pay £65 pound fine for the food that I cannot eat because there is no cutlery. Thank you so much

This used to be one of my favourite Thai restaurants. It’s gone so downhill firstly it was an empty restaurant and it took over 10 minutes for our ordered to be taken. The food was so disappointing, it lacked flavour and seasoning everything lacked salt. I don’t know if they have changed their chefs but that big explosion of Thai flavours is not there anymore.
This restaurant used to be so much better. Quality of the food and service is no longer the same. Quite pricey also for what it offers
