I ordered the brisket ground beef patty medium rare with grilled onions and provolone cheese. The burger was well done and burnt and didn't taste like the previous burgers I have had from thus restaurant. There was no grilled onions or provolone cheese. The mistakes makes me wonder I'd the chef can read or took time to read the order.Iam suppose to get a refund in 5-7 days . Hopefully I will. I will not be ordering from them again.
We enjoy ordering from Busboys and Poets and always love the food, however, it can be very frustrating when items are missing from the order. Despite this hiccup, we still support this business but suggest that they double-check the tickets to ensure items listed on both the DoorDash order and the attached ticket are included.
My daughter and I went here for karaoke night and enjoyed ourselves. The DJ was great and the performers and crowd were lively. It was a friendly, community atmosphere. I enjoy the decor and the paintings books for sale. The restaurant is set in a African American historical section of town. This place is a gem!
I had a delicious breakfast consisting of scrambled eggs, chicken sausage, multigrain toast, and a fruit cup. Unfortunately, the eggs were overly salty so I will make sure to request no added salt next time. Other than that, the food was excellent and reasonably priced. We placed our order. It was a long wait and when they brought the food out we were missing an item so they rushed it and we got it pretty quickly but for the inconvenience he should have not charged us for it. Other than that the food was great especially the spicy fried shrimp in a sweet glaze sauce.
I really enjoyed my experience at Busboys and Poets, the environment is very well maintained and spacious. I love how they have art posted a book area. The staff are very attentive and helpful, not to mention the food is delicious. I like it. Definitely gonna return
I love the fact that i always get EXACTLY what i order ! Extra sauce side items doesnt matter they make sure its in my bag! Restaurants take notes . However i wish i could still order a side of capers only reason i gave 4 stars
The venue was very spacious, art everywhere, and had a little book section. We came for brunch and had a relaxing time. The menu has a lot of unique options, but they only had mimosas and **** Mary?s for brunch drink options. Réservez une table maintenant
My fiancé was disappointed as his crab cake was burned on both sides. However, he did enjoy the French fries, saying they were good.
