Butera's Craft Beer Craft Pizza

This was my first visit to Butera’s. I have seen it featured on News 4 heard great things, so on our way to Everhaunt, we decided to have dinner first. We ordered the pizza flight, which is such a cool idea for an appetizer. We tried Ol’ Blue Eyes, the Stinger, stuffed hot pepper. Each was excellent. The crust is phenomenal! We also had a bowl of beer cheese soup. This is the most savory beer cheese rendition I’ve ever had. They put a few blue cheese crumbles, which is so uniquely Buffalo. Loved it! We were in town visiting our son who is Stationed at the United States Coast Guard small boat station in Buffalo. We came in to take him to the Sabres/Rangers game. My husband wanted brick oven pizza. This place did not disappoint. The food was delicious and the staff was amazing. Nicole was our waitress and she went above and beyond. Of course she had to bust our chops as we were decked out in NY Rangers gear as we are die hard fans!!! Would definitely recommend this place she along with the owner went above and beyond to make us feel at home and took very good care of us!!! Loved our visit here! We got here at half-time of the Bill's game and decided to get a bunch of appetizers for food. The place wasn't crowded and we easoly found a table for the 6 of us. The pizza was great, the wings were great, the stuffed banana peppers: wow!! My unexpected favorite was the beef on week poutine: absolutely amazing!! I'm glad that someone decided to order it as I didn't even notice it on the menu. I haven't even mentioned any of the craft beers.... everyone enjoyed everything they ordered. Hope to visit again. I totally understand being busy and messing up or forgetting time to time but the last 3 times I’ve been here they have forgotten to make my food so then I have to sit in my vehicle for 40 min for food I ordered 45 min ahead of time I think it’s crazy that this has happened that many times and no one has offered a refund or anything Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
