A group of six people visited this restaurant for their work Christmas meal. Everyone was pleased with the quality, taste, and presentation of the food. However, the service was lacking. We had to constantly flag down waiters to place drink orders, as no one checked on our table. At the end of the meal, our glasses were cleared without being asked, and we had to request the dessert menu. The dessert options were limited, with only two out of six people opting for dessert. More would have ordered dessert if there was a better selection. Additionally, we had to ask for coffee as it was not offered. Despite the poor service, the staff were friendly and polite, but seemed to lack experience.
Have a meal here after I heard good things. The food was fantastic and the menu was a wide selection of dishes. I had Ente Carpaccio, who had melted in the mouth, Halibut, who came with an amazing sauce and a chocolate cake that was rich (I usually did not dessert, but the quality of the first 2 courses convinced me). Price for 2 with 3 courses and a few drinks came to about £85, which was worth it. The staff was friendly and offers good advice on menu and wine choices. Can not recommend very enough and will definitely return.
The food was nice, but took 45 minutes to arrive place half full . The staff forgot cutlery brought when asked for, a bundle of knives and forks, not set on table , had to ask for napkins and then salt and pepper. Staff were friendly but young and inexperienced. Wouldn’t visit again, expensive prices, poor service and preparation lack of! . Need experienced staff to manage younger staff.
Here with 5 friends for a quiet deer before drinking, absolutely ineffective food. We all shared our meals as it was so good. Chief here is the top show. The service was also very good as the waiters were professional, but also very friendly and up to Earth. Some places that waiters are like robots Would recommend everyone to come here.
This place is amazing so Atmospheric friendly and professional! The food was outstanding we arrived at 8.30pm was very busy we had booked thankfully. Lovely to see the chefs cooking and cleaning down afterwards was impressive to see! Highly recommend will definitely revisit.
