I hadn't planned to dine at this restaurant tonight, but as I walked past I wondered why the room was empty. I looked at the menu which I immediately liked: an offer limited to a choice between four starters, four main courses and four desserts. The manager and chef are very welcoming. The restaurant is very cozy and charming. The kitchen is open to the room: we can see the chef preparing the dishes in front of us! Little extra: everything is put in place to respect Covid barrier gestures. For me, dinner will have consisted of Buffalla Mozzarella with an arugula pesto sauce; flambéed prawns with parmesan risotto as well as chocolate fondant and homemade whipped cream. All accompanied by a very good Côtes du Rhône white suggested by the manager. I simply enjoyed myself. The dishes were tasty and generous! The seasoning was perfect; adding more salt or pepper would have distorted the products and the Chef's work. We understand why the menu is so small: the ingredients are fresh and prepared in front of you! Thanks to Michel and the Chef for their welcome and their cuisine! The restaurant deserves to be known! I'll be back !
