Byfords - Réservation de table

I am exploring the North Passport and Byfords didn't disappoint. Very nice shop and place to eat with great menu selection. Not many places do Kippers and I was craving for one for a long time, so I went for it. Very good portion and very well cooked. Just a shame I couldn't swap my toast for sourdough even if I had to pay extra. The building inside is beautiful. Make sure to read the information boards or y will enter the building from thee wrong door. Parking can be a challenge if its busy and you don't know the area. I know at least two near by (something like less than £5 for 3h) but just need to drive carefully There is a few outside tables near the main road. If you subscribe for free...

Nice people, good service, dog friendly. Food mediocre, coffee good. We had the Byfords Cheesesteak. Chips nice and crisp. Crisp onion rings but greasy, spicy slaw. The main event lacked a vital ingredient....steak. the tiniest bits of what looked like sliced deli beef were disappointing. Expensive for what it was. Service: 5 Location: 5

Had takeaway coffee and cake. Very nice girls on the counter who serve. The coffee is really well made and very hot which I like. Plenty of choice on the cakes but savoury snacks sausage rolls, made sandwiches etc were scarce but we came around 3pm. I definitely will go back again. Service: 4 Location: 4

Byfords is extremely popular and you often have to queue to be seated, which was the case yesterday. It is very frustrating, however, when you can see numerous empty tables yet we are expected to stand and wait for 10+ minutes which for someone with a back injury isn't ideal. We stopped in for dinner, which was delicious. Great selection and all reasonably priced. The staff were really nice, our waitress was lovely. Highly recommend The cake counter was very enticing to takeaway a sweet treat. Service: 5 Location: 5

Stayed here for a night, the room was exceptional. Evening meals was lovely, and breakfast was 10 /10. We'll done all to all the staff. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Can't comment on rooms as didn't stay. Called in for a coffee, staff are friendly made my two dogs welcome. Service: 5 Location: 5
