One of the best restaurants I’ve been to in a while. The location is quite remote, but that makes this beautiful restaurant in a tiny village even more special. Every little detail has been taken care of, from the reception area with a little shop and garden terrace to enjoy a cocktail or glass of wine- and from the restaurant building next door where the napkins match the staff uniform to another terrace area where you can have dinner till late. No había carne ni un plato abundante al final, por lo que nos quedamos un poco decepcionados. La creatividad del chef estaba muy presente, pero en un menú de prueba, salir satisfecho y sentirse bien alimentado, además de conocer nuevos sabores, etc., es igual de importante.
