I always love stopping by Chocolateirs to see what they have available, especially when everything is made in-house. They offer a fantastic variety of truffles, which happen to be my favorite type of chocolate most of the time. I’ve been let down by flavors in the past, but this visit was different. The Raspberry Truffle was delightful, and the Raspberry ganache was just as good. I also tried some Raspberry Strawberry chocolate that I had never seen before, and it was delicious and true to its flavor. This isn’t your typical chocolatier. We always enjoy our trip to Cacao Chemistry chocolate. A benefit of living here! Their creations are tasty, beautiful and unique. The truffles, bonbons many specialties made with wine or liquors) wow your taste buds. Their pastries and fudge everything is off the charts. So delicious! We went for a walk downtown and decided to stop in because the door was open. Best choice we've made in a while. The gentleman behind the counter handed me some blonde chocolate. Never had it before, but I walked out with a bag! Made in store and totally worth the fat! I will be going back and trying something new next time.

This place is great, everything there looks amazing. We tried the passion fruit tart and it is amazing. The chocolate is delicious and the art they have is beautiful. What an AMAZING store with incredibly helpful staff! We were in town for two days and ended up visiting both days, purchasing several items each time, and we were not disappointed! The staff were all very friendly and offered fantastic advice. Thank you!

I love it here and always come after my hair appointments to stock up. I haven’t had anything bad here yet and I love the rotating selection they have in the center of the store. The Christmas advent calendar is a tradition in our house now.
