To improve, 2 things (I will remove them when they answer me, and I will leave only the positive recommendation): 1) Calling themselves that, they should improve the recipe for Cacio e Pepe. The pasta is spectacular but the pecorino sauce is very little and lacks intensity of flavor. Also in Rome they put it on a nest of crunchy pecorino cheese. It's a different Italian restaurant. the menu is not very varied, but the dishes are original. I ordered a dish out of a letter that was exquisite.
