Discovered this place while trying to grab coffee in the early morning while grabbing breakfast food at a nearby location. When I arrived at the cafe, there was multiple people studying or working inside the cafe. It was great that they were actually pretty fast making me and my wife 's drinks, as getting coffee anywhere in the morning usually takes a while. The place is not that big, and if you need to use the restroom, I believe they have a shared restroom you can access with a key.The drinks that I ordered was the Honeybee Latte, and the Heartthrob latte. I went to Grad school at University of LaVerne and this was my spot for 2 years! The coffee and food is great even if the food is slightly overpriced. The last year I was there as well as now being an alumni, I have had several outcomes where the wifi sucks. I would order $10+ worth and finally start to get to work just to battle the wifi. I try to push through but becomes overwhelming and my hotspot not the best. I know others have this issue as there is always 8 plus hotspots opened up. I tend to travel over 20 minutes to do work here, but I might have to call it. I'll definitely still support by buying coffee while in the area.
Wonderful study space! Solid wifi, plenty of outlets, and beautiful indoor and outdoor seating. The baked goods here (especially the lemon poppy seed muffin) are to die for!! Plenty of vegan options too! I’m not a coffee drinker myself but my friends have said that the coffee and drinks here are wonderful! The staff is amazingly kind and helpful. If you live in the area, please pay Cactus Coffee a visit <3
Cactus coffee, more like can't touch this coffee. (MC Hammer high praise) Top notch customer service and top shelf quality care. Shout out to Tyler, highlight of our visit, followed closely by the golden milk latte. They were out of the zucchini bread but I ain't even mad, the chocolate chip scone was legendary. Will return for Tyler but also for the zucchini bread.

My daughter's love this place! I think it is super important to support local businesses. They are the back bone of our community. If we want to keep La Verne from becoming a city like feel we have to keep small businesses booming! Protect La Verne!!
Tried the heartthrob iced latte with a carrot cake slice and it was pretty dang good. Love me some overpriced hipster coffees but this place it worth it and the staff is very nice and personable. Vibes are immaculate
