Llegar a una isla es de por sí aventurero, que debo hacer primero? Buscar víveres , encontrar algún jabalís que mantenga viva mi existencia calórica. En camino a cazar el jabalí, me crucé con la cafetería de Alex. Impresionante. Él trabajando a destajo con una sonrisa y las cocineras elaborando manjares que hicieron olvidar mis temores cruzando el Atlántico, con los bocadillos que preparan. Sin duda, parada obligada, 3 estrellas michelin si pasan por puerto del Rosario.
