Built in 1973, Augustinum in Bad Soden Neuenhain is a so-called senior residence and part of a large, nationwide chain. A large block construction with up to 10 floors. Basically a life in the hotel, but in own furniture and maintained for, if desired or required. With reception, lounges, hairdresser, shop, theatre, indoor swimming pool, parking deck, chapel and many events. In addition, a café restaurant that you can see the seventies. Plus outdoor terrace when you have fresh air... in summer. The location is exceptional, the apartments 1 to 3 rooms, i.e. also for couples to Southeast have a beautiful view to Frankfurt or on the other side of the Taunusberge. On the large roof terrace in the 8th OG, all residents enjoy this view in summer with sun loungers and a beach basket. The only manoeuvre: It is a rather expensive matter, nothing for the 'normal' pensioner. But whoever can afford it is very comfortable here.
