Die Qualität des Essens ist seit mehreren Jahren hervorragend im Vergleich zu anderen Lokalitäten in Mettmann. Das erste Mal vor knapp 4 Jahren hier gewesen, da wurde in der Küche das Schnitzel noch frisch geklopft, bei meinem letzten Besuch, haben meine Ohren dieses Geräusch zwar nicht mehr vernommen, aber ich durfte erneut mehr als 30min auf meim Essen warten. Und das ist nicht negativ zu verstehen, denn das was in der Küche gezaubert wird, ist immer frisch zubereitet und das braucht eben auch seine Zeit. Daumen hoch, das Warten lohnt sich, denn die gutbürgerliche Kost der übersichtlichen Speisekarte zu moderaten Preisen schmeckt überragend. Ich hoffe das Café bleibt uns in Mettmann noch e...
I've been here many times and have never been disappointed. Excellent and lovingly prepared food that is always prepared quickly. The hostess is always open for nice conversations and very dedicated to the guests. The outdoor area is very cozy for a relaxed beer or food. Look forward to many more visits that will come!
Hat mir nicht gefallen,das muss jeder selbst wissen ob man 3-4m vor einer Kirche sitzen möchte. Ich war da als das sogenannte Heimatfest von Mettmann lief.Nur Essbuden und Trinkstände????? Was hat das mit Heimatfest zu tun??? Einzig schöne (Gute)war die Live Musik. Nächstes Jahr nicht zu empfehlen. Sorry Mettmann.
Very nice, small, cozy restaurant in the heart of Mettmann. No matter what weather it is always recommended! The card offers enough choice without overload and the quality of the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. I was very enthusiastic about the taste of food and also the warm and attentive service!

We were really very happy. Very nice and attentive service. Appetizer and main course were bourgeois and very good. We sat inside. It is small (6 to 8 tables) and we felt it as very homely and quiet, although fully occupied. Outside you can also sit comfortably, but that was too cold for us October
Very good and friendly cafe restaurant, with good food. Feel welcome here. There is a very good and lush breakfast at an excellent price. The picture shows the American breakfast. The roast potatoes are a poem. And the salad with the dressing is very good. Always like to come back.
Nice and honest café restaurant from one of the most beautiful places in Mettmanncity. Here you can sit comfortably outside under the trees directly on the church. The food was delicious, did operation was super cool we are very happy to come back, full recommendation
Das Bier ist lecker dort und das Essen auch die sind sehr nett auch Kinder lieb was nur stört eine Dame Toilette aber nicht schlimm wozu gibt es eine Männer Toilette
