Cafe Archibald - Réserver une table

Searched online to find a great brunch , came across Cafe Archibald. Looked quaint, clean and had good reviews so off we went. Entered the building , had a good vibe. We waited a few minutes and were seated in a corner table , Perfect!Read the menus for 20 minutes , and finally a waitress presented herself, seemed Lovely. We placed an order for drinks and brunch , drinks arrived and then we waited. And we waited , and waited. We watched as the waitress served tables around us , they ate and drank and paid their bills and left. This used to be one of my favorite restaurants, however the management of the establishment and the quality of my experiences have gone downhill in the last few years. My latest experience left me disappointed. I ordered take out on the phone, the server reviewed my order, I confirmed it was correct, and I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I pick it up, bring it back to work and open the take out box to find a half eaten pizza. I had ordered a crepe. My partner went back to the restaurant with the half eaten pizza, the server said she understood pizza on the phone (but when she reviewed my order, had said crepe with no bacon , which was what I ordered). Great place more loud and busy that the Moncton location but very nice.Staff was great, menu is the same so you know it's consistent. Easy to get too and just a nice place.
