Cafe Bleu - Réserver une table

This was one of our favorite restaurants in France. We ate here 3 times! The servers were helpful and friendly and the food was somewhat unique and nicely presented. My husband and I split a 3-course meal. The first course was beets and vegetables nestled in a slice of bread, we had fresh fish for our main course, dessert was a profiterole/meringue with cream and fresh strawberries that was fabulous. We highly recommend it.

My husband and I stopped for lunch at Café Bleu after visiting the magnificent cathedral of Chartres. It was great to be able to sit outdoors, enjoy a great lunch and still see the cathedral. My husband’s croque monsieur was yummy. I really enjoyed my salmon club sandwich. Service was fast and friendly. Bathroom was spotless.

Sat outside, had a reservation and the table was perfect. Juliette and Tongun ? were very friendly servers. Food was very, very good. Very tender beef, great fries and the strawberry dessert was perfect. Can’t go wrong eating here.

Staff all fantastic, food good and reasonably priced. Book or arrive early as it is a very busy spot. Come before the light show as this is not to be missed.

Nice place to have a drink with a plain view on the cathedral. Even more enjoyable with a light sunshine.
