After the Sunday walk the right place to appreciate this. Opulente cake counter, all necessary drinks and friendly service. The pandemic precautions were followed. We sat outside in the pedestrian passage. The only worries, chairs and table were not wiped after the rain of the night and I had a damp p.... We were not here the last time.
I still know the café from my childhood, but it was found in the 70s in the lower area of Wilhelmstraße next to the Park Café and much bigger and more cozy. The quality at the time I am thrilled as today. The selection is gigantic. However, I prefer to draw a piece of cake with my house instead of myself, because it is no longer cozy.
Unfortunately only recently discovered and have been there twice. Absolutely brilliant and heavenly delicious! Too bad it has to be closed again because of Corona. We'll be back as soon as possible.

I really wanted to like this cafe but it didn't happen. Haven't tried the cakes yet but I didn't know you could make an (overpriced) croque monsieur this...
