This is somewhere we go often with friends, Fran and Estephania are very welcoming hosts. Recently they have changed their menu and I suppose their chef. The food today was fabulous, we had garlic prawns, patatas bravas, chopitos and atilas de pollo which was great value for money, portions were good. We had a lovely time and were well looked after by Fran who was looking after the patio area.
A crowd of us went friday night for the live music open mike do. Great spot, very welcoming, fantastic display of tapas, you just point, eat and enjoy. Take the terrace and watch the sunset over the Med or get comfy inside, lots of friendly people I had never met before, you get the idea. Good live music sounds, not blasting Parking for plenty right outside, no walking.
We like to go on Friday Music Nights (not every week). The bar is very pleasant, take a comfy sofa, bar stool or table, inside or on the terrace, it's all good. The food is fantastic, tapas combinations offer an unusual twist from the normal offerings, pizzas defo worth a try. Friendly place to visit with massive parking area.
Cruising the mediteraneo on our motorbike we stopped of for a coffee break. The display of tapas and platos was just too much to resist. A comfortable terrace with shade if you want it. This has been one of our favourite bars over a number of years and has never let us down,doesn’t pretend to be a posh restaurant but what they do cook up is excellent,tapas with a difference,very friendly and efficient staff,great view across the beach
Excellent expanded range of fresh tapas now available. Very friendly staff and all dishes tasty. Relaxed atmosphere and good ‘jam’ sessions some nights. This has become one of my favourite places!
Ate a light breakfast here, food and juice were beautiful. Staff were v friendly and welcoming. Well definiteky go back. The nearby beaches are stunning. Great to walk off that food

"The tapas is on display as you walk into El Hogar... its all mouth watering stuff. We have been several times to this restaurante... sometimes for tapas, sometimes for lunch, sometimes for tostadas for breakfast. Its always yummy!"
