Cafe Catalina, you have nailed it :) The vibe your cafe creates on a Sunday arvo is so nice. Sipping a cocktail and a lovely beer my partner and I enjoyed The soloist while watching the over the beautiful broadwater before the sun set. What's even better is you can take your pooch to enjoy the setting with you. And don't worry Catalina chatter dir them also, with water and treats from the friendly staff.We make this a regular thing on Sunday, a chilled out drink and a lovely snack. Wether it be simple fries to tasty arinchini balls or goats cheese bruschetta. Breakfast too is well done, but get in quick as the locals know where to get a good feed.... So we now visit Cafe Catalina twice a wee...
My friends and I visited here last week and couldn't have been happier with the service, food and view! We were met at the door by a lovely lady who we had contacted to say we were running late. She could not have been more welcoming. Marcella was our waitress and she made sure we had everything. Food was delicious. So good we are thinking of booking a function there. And how could you beat that view! QLD winters are awesome!Thank you guys!
The fish dish was delish, and the vegetables were the best Ive ever eaten.washed down with a fresh icy mocktail.My two little dogs were welcome and given their own bowl of water.Worth the trip to the Broadwater. Easy parking.Best kept secret in Southport.

Great spot for breakfast. Look out over the Broadwater. Slightly hidden away from the busy gc. Great food and service. ???????????????? The coffee is great to.
Excellent service, delicious food in a beautiful location. I loved the salmon. Prawn spaghetti looked great too. Planning to go back for dessert another day.

What an amazing spot for a relaxed catch up with friends. Loved it. The food & atmosphere were fantastic. So were the cocktails. Loved the gnocchi.
Wonderful place to sit and watch the world go by. Stopped there every morning after a brisk walk along the sea front.
