I had booked a place for my family for mother’s day. When we arrived we were almost immediately seated and had, despite the short-term reservation, a fairly nice place. The service was very pleasant and also the food is definitely worth going there. The wonderful thing of this restaurant is that it can be used as a starting or ending point for a visit of the nearby stalactite caves of Grotte de Vallorbe. After having taken our order the waiter served us a nice small appetiser to our aperitif. Im Moment wahrscheinlich die beste Adresse in Vallorbe. Ausgezeichnetes Essen und perfekt zubereitet mit entsprechendem Preis, aber es lohnt sich. Das Wechseln der Beleuchtung im Restaurant würde ein wenig zur Atmosphäre beitragen, aber keinen wirklichen Grund zur Beschwerde. Sehr freundlicher, schneller und kompetenter Service. Wenn Sie ein Fleischesser sind, ist dies der EINZIGE Ort in der Nähe! Holen Sie sich ein tolles Stück Steak (Rindfleisch oder Pferd nach Wahl) auf einen heißen Stein, um am Tisch zu enden. Wir waren zweimal und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Buchen Sie unbedingt im Voraus!

Probably the best address in Vallorbe at the moment. Excellent food and perfectly prepared with a corresponding price tag, but well worth it. Changing the lighting in the restaurant would add a little to the ambience, but no real reason to complain. Very friendly, fast and competant service. If you're a meat-eater, this is the ONLY place to go in the vicinity! Get a whopping piece of steak (beef or horse by choice) on a hot stone to finish up at the table. Went twice and loved it. Make sure to book in advance!

Nachdem wir die Tropfsteinhöhlen in der Nähe besucht hatten, saßen wir an einem Tisch auf der Terrasse und genossen ein köstliches Essen mit einer Auswahl an Fisch- oder Schalentiergerichten. Am Ende gab es ein sehr empfehlenswertes Caf Gourmand Dessert (Kaffee, begleitet von verschiedenen kleinen Süßigkeiten) Snacks). Preise für Schweizer Verhältnisse sehr vernünftig. After visiting the stalactite caves nearby, we sat at a table on th terrace and enjoyed a delicious meal with each of us choosing among an array of fish or shellfish dishes and ending up with a highly recommendable café gourmand dessert (coffee accompanied with various little sweet snacks). Prices very reasonable by Swiss standards.

Dank Tripadvisor haben wir dieses kleine Restaurant ausserhalb Vallorbe gefunden. Das Essen (Forelle) war gut und reichlich, der Service sehr freundlich. Empfehlenswert.
