I'm still saying because my last review was in 2011 and we've been regularly lunch since then. if ever, they're even better now. eating is 1st grade and 14€ for 3 courses with decent wein is amazingly valuable. the menu varies. all the time and it is very rare that we see the same twice. not only that, but the cook is more creative than most with the aromes he uses. the bavette we had on the other day was tender and tasty and it was served with a beautiful sweet spicy Asian sauce. Moreover, everything looks beautiful on the teller. service très lent et grossier. une travailleuse avec des cheveux blancs courts et courts était un scandale. J'étais là pendant 25 minutes quand elle m'a regardé et a servi les autres à proximité (la plupart des tables étaient vides). elle m'avait dirigé sur une table. elle a pleuré. loin et m'a demandé ce que je voulais. Je suis parti. recommande de trouver ailleurs. un groupe de cinq personnes allaient et venaient pendant que j'attendais. Je ne peux pas imaginer combien de clients sont perdus à cause de ce serveur supplémentaire.

I have always enjoyed ordering the plate du jour in my trips to France, but my dinner at the le cafe de la vigne was great. the chef and the owner stephanie has real flair and originality with her dressed. we had a nice, prepared chicken dish that had paired them with garnelen that worked wonderfully. for dessert I had one of stephanies own lemon sauces with an Italian style meringue. the tea was unique and delicious. this restaurant offers great food and worth with a very friendly charming host.

Nous avons dîné ici deux fois pendant notre séjour à Briançon. La nourriture était très bonne, avec un excellent service. Le personnel parle assez bien anglais pour rendre les commandes faciles et un peu humoristiques : on peut vraiment ressentir une atmosphère familiale et amicale dans ce restaurant. La tartiflette et la tartichevre étaient très bonnes.

great view from the terrace. friendly staff. good lunch. would go back. had muscheln, friends had grilled trout and omelette.
