He seemed annoyed that I didn’t know smoothies were only available after 7 a.m., and when I inquired about a cream-filled donut, he mentioned it would take an additional 5 minutes. I was hesitant to ask if I could wait. I asked for a maple bar, but they only had twists available. Not a huge deal, but when I asked for a chocolate bar, the look I received made me feel like if I didn’t quickly say “Oh, I apologize, a chocolate twist,” I would be added to a blacklist for life when it comes to buying donuts. After looking at the reviews, I have decided to bike to this Cafe spot one early Friday morning.The place opens early (5AM-3PM, 6AM-1PM in Sundays) for people to drop in and jump start their day with coffee, sandwiches, and pastries.There were quite a number of patrons when I got in waiting for their orders as it was a one-lady army at that time.Grabbed a ham and cheese croissant and a medium sized hazelnut latte. I've lived right around the corner for four years and recently just stopped in, tiny gem that we're now regulars at. Best croissants in Cypress (and surrounding area) hands down.I stop by for a ham and cheese croissant for lunch at least once a week and the chocolate croissants are where my husband bee-lines for every time. I find myself less appreciative of the other flavored ones like blueberry and raspberry, but that's individual taste.A selection of standard donuts also available, along with the usual beverages.
First time here arrived at 5:55am got a few donuts because they said they were behind and didn’t have anything else due to some issues, donuts were fresh and delicious. Only thing I didn’t like was the $1.75 extra charge to use my card. Take cash if possible, because an extra 2 dollars to pay is ridiculous.

This restaurant is a hidden gem for sandwiches! The sandwiches are wonderfully simple and incredibly fresh. The meatball sandwich, in particular, is a real standout.
The customer service was A ! And btw this is the best ham and cheese croissant I have ever had! Not too salty and perfectly fluffy ??
