Best breakfast in town! Many varieties for very good price. They offer great mixes of eggs. Müsli. Fruits. Hot drinks. The bakeries with the breakfast menus are also very fresh. On every occasion, I take the chance to have a refreshing breakfast there. I would definitely recommend. The decor inside is also very nice. There are 3 areas to sit. Either outside on the terrace.. inside beside the piano. Or in the most inner room with a green plants deco with very warm ambient. The bathrooms are also always clean. The waiters are very friendly and they can help you pick something out of the menu if you find everything quite tempting. It is one of my favorite places in Ludwigsburg.
I stopped in here during a recent business trip to Germany, and have been back 2x since. It's a bar/restaurant, seems to be mostly locals, and serves a nice (not vast) selection of local German staples. My beef with mushroom sauce over spatzle was to die for, the fish with rice was delish, and on a bitter cold winter evening, the gluhwein hit the spot. If you're on your own, the bar or a smaller table is perfect, and larger groups have plenty of tables to choose from too. Know that it's busy, so you may have a few minutes wait, and the payment must be in cash. Prices were reasonable, so that 's not too big of a deal. Enjoy!
Loved the food there. Not very expensive a day very good portions. The parmesan is also good with the olive oil. Especially for people who are looking for a vegetarian meal...this a good option. The staff is very decent accommodative helping and truly patient. I think that is why there is often a rush there. Quite an Italian menu.
I love the vital salad and place it every time I am here, but since the plates were changed, I think it is clearly shrunk and long not as diverse and lovingly assembled as it was once. Very bad! Otherwise I can recommend the tomato soup.

It is really nicely centrally located in Ludwigsburg. Go well to reach. Good train and also by public transport. Breakfast offers are particularly good! Very recommended. It's always full, but at 2 you always find a place.
We had many nice breakfasts and dinners. We always like to go there although the furniture is not that new anymore. Coming to Ludwigsburg this is the insider tipp.
The Ennui has maintained its quality and hospitality for decades. The food is very tasty, the service very accommodating. Always happy!
Breakfast! From booking, ordering and paying the service everything is really good. Back to dinner or lunch table.
