This place is a popular meeting place for the Cologne gay scene. Especially after an exclusive shopping tour, the newly acquired models are presented and presented, similar to on a catwalk. It will be very funny here in the summer when hordes of dizzy flip-flops float along the chain lane, with raised, slightly angled wrist, a correspondingly feminine hip swing, the catwalk (the chain lane) on and off “sweep” and to blow attention ... I tell you this is a really nice funny spectacle! “Seeing and seeing” is the focus here. Personally, however, I cannot do this too often, because even after a short time, the general behaviour of the guests described is very exhaustive and sometimes laborious....

Unfortunately, the service has fallen and somehow the ERA is no longer the trendy location. In the past we met here more often after shopping in the Ehrenstraße on a coffee and often later it became late in the afternoon until reopening. Times seem to be over, actually a pity because the store is cool.

Shopping in Cologne on Saturday, which also means a coffee or drink in the ERA . . . . Really friendly service and acceptable prices, here meet the Cologne scene, friends or even Cologne visitors. At the next Cologne visit to the Kettengasse I always do it when I live in the Domstadt.

Especially on Saturday, Cologne's gay scene meets here between 18 and 35 years after shopping and shows its shopping bags, especially from well-known boutiques and city scene shops. Here are branded articles . . A really nice spectacle in the Chaingasse, and again and again Saturdays
