Cafe Fontana - Réserver une table

I placed an order for delivery and the woman did not tell me how long it would be, what my total was, or how I'd like to pay. The delivery man called when he arrived which was nice, but then called again to ask how I was going to pay because he didn't have his card machine. I paid cash and he doesn't have change. He offered to come back. I told him just keep the change, because I live in an apartment and didn't want to deal with coming back out in the cold. The food was fine, I just think the service side could have been alot better. The woman should have told me total and how long so I could have prepared.
