Good food and coffee but awful customer service from a lady manager staff who was very rude by questioning me and trying to intimidate me when I rightly and justly asked for a refund for being charged for drinks that should have come with the kids meal. Her colleagues agreed I was correct but she would not listen to them. She was extremely unfriendly, all over refund request, which was as agreed by another colleague who gave me £3 refund and said he will bring me the remaining £2. Hidden costs. £1.70 for a bit of cheese on kids spaghetti Bolognese. Toping on salad £4 each on top of the £10 you pay for for the salad ... Just be careful when you order as you might be surprised with the end bill. Food is avarage. My opinion is that this palace is a very overpriced. I will not be eating there again. overcharged greedy

Two words, food contamination. Tuna jacket that had a piece of apparently “chicken” and “something woolly green” that we were told was spinach that had fallen in from a tray of pre prepared food. Member of staff didn’t see the issue with “chicken and spinach” being in a tuna jacket for a veggie.

Its a Cafe, but has more food options than you would expect. If you go in expecting a cafe then its great and 5*. Everything you need, and food is good quality. Plenty seating, and great place to take a break if you have a long day at Lakeside.

Very ordinary and average food at premium price , Rude staff , Well over priced and Plz check you Bill. I have been charged for items which I didn't even ordered . Menu shows items as meal but charged saperately. Better walk away.

Very spacious comfortable seating areas. A great variety of food on the menu and the staff where very welcoming and friendly. I will definitely be visiting for breakfast next thank you.

Food looked incredible but tasted like feet. Absolutely gutted and starving tbh. Overpriced and just overal not the best experience. Off to maccies

The best lemon muffin I have ever tasted! Spotlessly clean, great service. Beats Costa/Starbucks anyday. Look forward to our next visit.

Very clean, very pleasant staff, l had poached eggs on toast, very nice soft yolks, and the coffee was full of flavour.
