we had walked all morning at the canal and came to lunch. dear friendly reception, although we did not speak German. we had salads that were very beautiful and fresh and very generous portions. the cakes all looked delicious. seems to be a popular place with the locals. very clean, good toilets. very cheap lunch, especially in comparison to the larger cities.
Also an old traditional Condottiere with enormous selection of tarts and cakes, Black Forrest cakes to its best! Freshly made every day and sold when ordering in the late afternoon. Fresh fruits.
