Although we were there more often and had booked a year in advance, we did not get the desired rental bungalow. We were pushed into a bungalow where even the handle was missing from the balcony door so that it could not be locked. After protest we got another, but in no way in quality as originally booked (the shower was not usable, the door could only be closed with a lot of effort, defective windows could not be opened and there was no dishwasher) and at the same price! The employees react to complaints in spite of and without understanding. I don't want to be treated as a second-class guest and that's why we're definitely NOT coming back!
So far beautiful CP. Very quiet location. Beautifully landscaped spa area with natural bath. Brötchenservice on site. Located in the fields. You need to drive. Restaurant in place very recommended. We unfortunately had the bad luck in the 1 week, which was a construction site in direct connection to the parking space. Every morning was woken by the excavator and had no correct rest during the day. Renting bath was unfortunately also not reasonably clean, which I had to clean myself. Therefore no 5 stars of me.
We spent 5 days in the Wellness Bungalow. That's how I imagine recovery. Private sauna and hot tub. Brötchen Service. The only thing you could improve is the WLAN (very bad to not present) and the TV program. With such a price class you should be able to use Sky or Netflix or the like via the Internet.
