I wanted to have black forest cake while visiting Germany, so my friend brought me to cafe inka. we stopped in the middle of the afternoon and enjoyed cake and hot tee. it wasn't disappointed. it is difficult to find unless they know a local who has been there before, it is worth for its cozy and friendly appeal.
the beautiful restored, stunning inka wallpaper allows a look into pastness and serves an atmosphere of lightness. the personal is polite. the berry cake was delicious, but the coffee was disappointed. the wine assortment is of high quality. we enjoyed some happy hours....Worth to visit.
Very nice atmosphere in a historical ambience. All we ate and drank was of very good quality. The service was friendly and equipped with the necessary humour to make the corona restrictions (open door with fresh breeze) more bearable.
hidden gem in the middle of the city, surrounded by weinberg. the load owner left their office job to open this little caffe. a true passion. black forest and mango mascarpone is that must try. they will not be disappointed! Réservez une table maintenant

Cosy atmosphere, delicious cakes and very nice staff. Unfortunately, you cannot book on Sunday. So there are some waiting times. But it's worth it anyway!

"Mittlerweile hatte ich jedes Gericht aus der Karte und kann sagen, dass alles einfach fenomenal schmeckt. Was ich sehr empfehlen kann: Mint Tikka, Panir Tikka, Cardamom Panir. Für mich absolut das beste indische Restaurent in Basel."
