On Saturday the 09.06.2018 service again insufficient. The table reserved by us on the previous day for 4 people was not reserved. They wanted to put us downstairs. For a person with walking disability an unding as you have to get up stairs for each part. If they would still admit the mistakes and not patty one could still see about it. I was with my husband in your cafe in Burtscheid today. I was so happy with her cake and the wedding cake for our son was great. But it would be nice that they have a little more staff for the service in the cafe on Sundays at peak times, then you might not be served as unfriendly as today.
The Middelberg is a fixed term of cost-effective smashing for every pie-loving Aachener! The restaurant is beautifully decorated and looks very noble, the dishes and drinks are excellent! My personal favorite is the cake buffet with a free choice, you must have done that once! Great!
