that must be the most incredible hidden gem in london! this restaurant is not the most spectacular in the location or decoration, but is both that with what it delivers on the teller that is when they go for the real Portuguese dishes. the service is... really efficient and eating is more than excellent. we had a daily special of turbot and while we were a party, we couldn't finish it and it melted in the mouth. the mouthwater grills and the cod fish croquettes were also a highlight to begin and the meeresfruit rice, which was spectacular and garlic, mosquito, calamari and hummer loaded was to die! there are enough for people in this court. the service was very professional and efficient and...

A return visit after an encouraging first meal. The Squeeze and I wanted a light lunch after an early Sunday morning visit to a Tate Britain exhibition (a shortish walk across Vauxhall bridge) and we settled on five ‘starter’ plates (including octopus, lamb cutlets, spiced...sausage) a glass of champagne and a half pint of Portuguese lager all very satisfactory, tasty and sufficient. ‘Commercial’ deserts avoided but must try the custard tarts next time. Friendly staff, relaxed setting although could have done with more heating. Mixed clientele who all seemed to be enjoying the food. Doubtless a third visit will occur. Bill including (their choice) service.

Not been here for a while and so glad we went again. It's actually got better as now split in to a restaurant, deli and coffee place. We had a superb meal in the restaurant, a Portuguese fish stew for two with rice. We had...house wines, red and white and both great. The desserts , especially the biscuit cake are so nice and great portion sizes. We were so full with only those two courses and we love our food. The service was excellent. Got a nice outdoor area though on the road side

what a great surprise, we were looking for a Portuguese restaurant for lunch and landed here. the personal was beautiful and funny, always curling a sweat, Portuguese style! both our starter and our main were great portions, it said on the menu, but I am sure that when we were there, more than enough eat! on the side of the restaurant there is also a delicacies to visit!

They don't have a massive menu but what they do have on it is done REALLY well. This was my second visit this week. Staff look after you and make you feel very welcome. Just the right waddling distance from the hotel I use. Will...definitely visit again when passing or in the area. Well worth a visit. (Reminds me of the distant memory of holidays in Lisbon and Loule).

we had the fish plate for two that was excellent, and a very nice bottle of Portuguese wine. this area lacks restaurants and we were really happy to find this, it is not much to look, but the food is good, the service excellent, and. a surprisingly good wine list. gothic about the w standard output dessert list, but we were much too full of wanting pudding anyway!

I've been here tonight with my husband, it's one of the best place in London. It's felt like I'm actual in the riverside. Thank you for beautiful evening. We definitely gonna come back and recommend for friends.

Pitched up as a walk in, well looked after. Very nice food and a pleasant buzz for a Wed night. There seemed to be at least one Portuguese family there, which is a good indicator for a Portuguese restaurant.
