Cafe Menta - Réservation de table

Arrived in Esher around 2pm on Saturday after long drive and desperately needed some lunch before an appointment. We walked the high st. And chose a little cafe for a quick snack..Cafe Menta, honestly we were a bit apprehensive but WHAT FANTASTIC FOOD WAS PRESENTED. I had a Panini with bacon,avocado and masserela. I asked to swap the cheese for tomato..no problem,! My wife had a BLT, WOULD YOU PREFER IT TOASTED.. YES PLEASE.. And 2 pots of tea. The food was well presented with green salad and they were really fabulous with lots of bacon. Also the guy was really friendly . Highly recommend this little independent cafe. Thankyou.

We came here this morning (Sunday morning 4th Aug) to grab some breakfast with our 7 month old in tow and had a great experience. Such a fantastic cafe. We both had a smoothie bowl, the ‘Bali bowl’ and the ‘Smoothie combo’ and they were absolutely delicious! So fresh and tasty! Definitely coming back to try the other smoothie bowls! The menu caters for all tastes so there is something for everyone. I was very tempted by the pancakes... Service was brilliant, super friendly. Thank you for a great start to our day!

So have driven past this cafe every day for ages and was heading to giro but thought let’s try it . The cafe smelt of paint and was so old looking with terrible dirty old mismatch furniture . The manager needs hospitality lessons and a general manners classand to clean up this place . Also £2.50 for one slice of toast and jam . Will not be back !!!! The cutlery pots are under gross sink next to the bin .

We had some wonderful homemade burgers for dinner last Friday. Absolutely delicious, served with homemade fries, coleslaw and even the burger bap is homemade. I had the chicken burger which was huge and so tasty! We also tried a cheeseburger and bacon cheeseburger all of which were given 10/10. Excellent value for money too. Highly recommend. I’ve passed this cafe a few times without needing to stop but always noticed how busy it is. Happened to be in Esher for an appointment and hadn’t had lunch so figured it was a good spot to try and I am so glad I did. The food was delicious, staff friendly and attentive. I now know why it always looks so busy! An absolute gem!

Lovely little cafe that has amazing juices, smoothies, and smoothie bowels. Really good selection for breakfast from your full fry to pancakes, I’m veggie and the owner made me an amazing veggie breakfast. Really good service always friendly and willing to accommodate.

Love this place. Have been regularly coming here for many years. Staff are always so friendly and welcoming, food is fresh and tasty and a good menu. Can’t recommend enough.

I absolutely love going to menta. The owner and his wife are full of joy. Food and coffee is made with love. A very special place Réservez une table maintenant

My view is that this little independent face is tops for drinks, breakfast and light lunch. Unfortunately not open on Sundays.
