Cafe Montecarlo - Réserver une table

Amazing slowness. It must be quite an art to order a potato omelette sandwich with the tortillas already made and it takes forever to be served, but when you see the extreme tranquility with which it is served... you are not surprised.

They were friendly, although the clientele was curious, I imagine because of the area in which it is located. I didn't dislike it. I would gladly return.
