The restaurant automatically adds a 15% tip to the bill, which feels a bit excessive considering the service. We had to wait up to 45 minutes for the hookah to be ready, and there’s a one-drink minimum for each guest. While the prices are fair, the long wait significantly affects the overall experience. The al fahker was tasty, but the dieduzz had a very mild flavor and almost tasted like water after 15 minutes. Given these concerns, the automatic 15% tip doesn’t seem warranted based on the service we received.
Only reason why I gave 3 stars was because I appreciate them giving us fresh coals every 40 minutes. They were overpriced and it is mandatory to get a drink for every person in your party. I asked for 4 waters at the beginning and never received them. They tried to charge me for them and I was like ummm? I also got two other drinks but they still charged me for two waters there was 4 of us when I didn't even want them anymore. Good hookah though. Might consider going back.
Cafe O is fantastic! I've been several times, and the server always goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is well taken care of. When I lived here, I came frequently, and since then, I haven’t seen a server work as hard as he does. To the owner: he definitely deserves a raise. As a fellow business owner, I know he’s a valuable asset—your people are your greatest strength. I’ll make it a point to stop by every time I’m in town. I also love the laid-back atmosphere.

The service staff was very attentive. I visited on a Monday evening for some hookah and found they offer three brands with a fantastic variety of flavors from Al Fakher, Starbuzz, and Fumari. I tried the Fumari bowl and highly recommend the Ambrosia mix with white gummy bear. I also enjoyed a blended chai latte based on another reviewer's suggestion—delicious! Definitely recommend this place!

There's only two guys who cook, and they're not there all the time, so I'd call ahead and see if they have the cook if you plan on eating. They don't have many healthy options for sides. Couches are stiff and not very comfortable, lots of holes. Colby and Jeff, the guys who tend the hookah, are cool and make a good bowl though.
I absolutely love this place—everything is fantastic, especially the food! It's the best hookah bar I've been to, and I've been to quite a few. The staff is super friendly! I even ran into the owner while in another state, and we all grabbed In-N-Out together—such amazing people!

The hookahs are fantastic, the food is delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly! The atmosphere is wonderful, making it a great spot to enjoy a relaxing evening, whether with friends or on your own.
Great place, super friendly staff and amazing hookah. We had the watermelon mint hookah and the best blended chai latte I?ve ever had. Would definitely recommend to all my friends.
