Good food Weak Drinks (and getting weaker). Like others, I am a longtime Café Ole regular. I love the people, the atmosphere, and usually the food. I am not opposed to change as long as it is for the better, but there are some recent changes that are making me reconsider the frequency of my visits. I am pleading with mgmt. to read this... The food is good but is gotten extra salty with the new owner. I know he comes from a traditional Tex-Mex background, but he needs to understand this isn't TexMex and he doesn't need to empty the salt jar every night. on a Saturday. small caffe with the majority of seats on a terrace. first experience: original queso and the queso ole are both poor. tortilla chips were ok (before salted). Chicken quesadilla was wetted with fat and mostly inedible. grilled chicken fajitas were also quite fat. the cheese enchilada was bad, the rice was boiled and I wonder if the beans were from a dose. the game was called before I had a chance to try the flour tortilla overhead two middle age groups repeat the phrase, this is our favorite place questionable judgement. perhaps early introduction of alzheimer.
Favorite Local Place!. I can't say enough great things about Café Ole. I love the environment, patio, staff, owner and of course the food! I encourage you to come here with an open mind. It's not your typical Mexican food it has a more Southwestern flair. I adore their Ole queso, which is cream cheese based. However, they have a more traditional runny queso, too. They have the BEST margaritas in town hands down! I recommend the Top Shelf. I also suggest their guacamole (super fresh), Ole chicken quesadillas, fish tacos, pork tamales, and pork shanks. Delish, seriously!
Wonderful Dining Experience. Cafe Ole offers a wonderfully relaxing dining experience. The atmosphere on the patio is like no other in town. Enjoy the breeze in the summer and the fire in the winter. My favorites are the Enchiladas de Puerco, Tortas Cubana, Steak Fajitas, and the Key Lime Pie. They have the absolute BEST margaritas in town. The only thing better than the margaritas is the service. My family and I always look forward to eating at Cafe Ole.

I was looking for a new restaurant to try a while back and I came across Cafe Ole. Cafe Ole is a super tasty, fun Mexican restaurant on Brookside that has amazing and comfortable outdoor seating. So, I decided to drag my friend there and try it out and, man, I was super happy that I did. I would highly recommend this place. I try to eat here as often as I can.
