for our company parties we have repeatedly ordered cakes at herrn dirk wilhelm. Unfortunately, it has happened three times in a row that the ordered cakes were secured, but not delivered. this is particularly regrettable, as we would have contacted at least one other traitor in an open release of our order and at least would have made available cakes for the celebration. at deliveryag, herr wilhelm is then unfortunately never accessible, neither on his handy or in caffeine, nor by e-mail or contact form on the web page. all in all the cakes were always delicious, but with such inacceptable customer support our patient is now exhausted. thumbs down for this service
