Absolutely the BEST hot chocolate in Columbus! It was so delicious that I drank about half of it before I remembered to take a picture. The coffee is excellent as well. Café Phenix is more than just an espresso shop; they offer a wide selection of homemade pastries, soups, and sandwiches—be sure to try the Croque Monsieur! They also have quiches and salads. The service is always warm and friendly, and you'll likely meet Gary, who is a delightful conversationalist and a talented barista. Parking can be a bit tricky at times, but you can usually find a meter within a block or two away.

We came in this morning very hungry and needing a hot beverage. We ordered some of their sandwiches which were delicious. There is some kind of sauce on them that has some kind of herbs and is sweet and tangy it is so so good on the hot sandwiches! Also had some pastries muffins were excellent very moist and flavorful but not artificial. The fruit crush smoothie was tasty and refreshing and i enjoyed that there is no extra sugar added. Service was spectacular, cant wait to bring my family and friends here in the future!

This is my favorite café in the city! The owner is such a delightful person. The café features a wonderful selection of pastries, charming decor, and an incredibly extensive beverage menu. It truly brings a taste of Britain to central Columbus. The macchiato is fantastic! They also offer 60 different tea flavors, along with many other options. During happy hour from 3 to 6 p.m., some baked goods are just $1. P.S. They use real chocolate in their drinks!
really delicious cappuccino, served in a beautiful glass beaker, comes even with a spoon and serviette (for columbus, which is almost worth mentioning). can't really find something to complain about it, can't go wrong with this place for a coffee in the city I would say!
A charming experience, lovely art work and great comfort food. Baked goods are tasty and the croque madame was delicious. Reasonable portion sizes and a friendly staff. I am looking forward to their new location further up Gay.
I really don't think their coffee is that good here personally, so that's why the 3 star rating. The coffee is not very flavorful and the beans seem a little burnt. However, it is in a great location and the inside is adorable!

Ordered thru uber eats 1 salmon salad on croissant, 1 chicken salad on bread, 1 eggs salad on bread. Received 3 chicken salad sandwiches. 2 on bread, on in the most burned croissant I've ever seen.
This place has the best tea downtown. All of their little foods are delicious too! Always super nice and fast service.
