My boyfriend and I decided to try something different (normally go to local coney island) and come here Sunday morning and I'm glad we did. We came in around 9:30am and there were only a few other people there. First, the way they take your order is what I've been waiting for my entire diner-eating life. They ask if you want your omelette flat or fluffy, they offer tomato slices in place of hashbrowns (which were fresh and delicious) and asked both what type of toast and if you wanted them to butter it or not. Cafe Rendezvous is an intimate little space in a strip mall with an extensive menu. We shared the crabmeat eggs Benedict and pecan French toast and it was a pleasing combination of sweet and savory. The coffee and turkey sausage were so-so but with so many menu choices, we'll be back.

We keep coming back for more! The service is great. The prices are reasonable. The decor is no-frills, but who cares? They have the breakfast basics, but they also have some more interesting and exciting options. Check out the specials board when you come in.

The Seafood Benedict is absolutely amazing, and you won't find a better Corned Beef Hash anywhere! We always make it a point to visit on every trip from Ohio. We LOVE the food and the service!! Réservez une table maintenant

A bit off the beaten path, but definitely worth seeking out. The food was excellent and served in generous portions. The Bagel Lox plate was more than I could handle. I will definitely return!
