Cafe Rio Mexican Grill

Got our order wrong for our kids. Loaded it with meat when we asked for cheese only. It even said cheese only on the lid and they still got it wrong. The kids wouldnt touch out of course. The food was completely cold even though our driver was quick and the order arrived before the estimated time. It tasted like ours has been made hours before and left out, then delivered. Super disappointed. They hardly ever get it right. I just need to stop going here.

Salad was fine but dang I literally just read a comment about them putting giant chunks of pork in the burrito and looks like I got hit by it too. I mean whatever I guess but honestly it kinda turned me off of them. There was a big ol lump in the center and I was like, no way! But lo and behold, my giant chunk of pork. Free extra meat I guess. (sorry not sorry I cover my burrito in dressing, dont me)

With a party of 14 for a birthday party with family. Food and service were amazing and the whole staff even sang happy birthday! Small gesture for some, but it meant us the world.

There is no utensils or napkins. There was only one chunk of pork in the entire salad that was probably the size of a fist. It wasnt shredded or spread throughout the salad.

No forks or napkins. Didn apos;t give me the drink I paid for. $5 for a little quesadilla? Smh the picture is not the same as what you get.
