Cafe Rio Mexican Grill

Usually love cafe Rio but this particular location seems to fall short. Orders have repeatedly been wrong and this most recent time it looks like they just threw together the left overs of the day. Barely any meat, beans or rice and way too much lettuce. (We ordered around 7pm and they don't close until 10pm so it's not like we were cutting it close). I ordered an horchata that was basically water with a bit of cinnamon. Our order was also very late

Do you want to see unhappy employees?? You are in the right place. These guys have no customer service at all. It is like they look at you upset because you are placing an order. There were four guys working today and they all acted the same. Let's talk about the food: several items were not available like grilled chicken, guacamole, mixed cheese or shredded lettuce.Dirty tables and bathrooms are an issue as well.

The rice was under cooked. When I brought it to the managers attention he told me it would take a half hour to cook another batch. Another employee went to the oven and brought out another batch in less than 2 minutes. It was also hard and undercooked. How does this place stay in business when you have a manager that doesn't give a sh@t (with attitude) and can't even cook the most basic item on the menu?!

The food was great as well as the atmosphere. The horchata tastes more like milk, in my opinion, and if you order the salad, salsa is extra. I would come back here but order a different item on the menu.

Amazing staff!! Chey and Vivian are so nice and helpful. Seriously whole staff was amazing.
