Cafe Rio Mexican Grill

We usually enjoy our visits to this location, but tonight's experience was terrible. The male cashier, whose name on the receipt was Rupert, was extremely rude to my husband and me. He snapped at my husband for asking for sour cream on his burrito, insisting it comes on the side. When my husband requested lime dressing, he ignored him. I inquired about the tres leches cake, and he told me they didn’t have it. Overall, he was quite unpleasant. I called customer service to voice my concerns, but the representative who answered was just as uninterested, going through her questions as if reading from a script, suggesting they might receive complaints frequently. I ordered burritos online, and both times they didn't include the salsa on the side. This time, I checked before leaving and asked for the salsa I had ordered. They refused to give it to me, insisting that I needed to order it separately. I explained that I already did. After five minutes of back-and-forth, I pulled up my receipt to prove it was included. When I got home, I found that my burrito was ripped (see attached photo). This place is not worth the hassle. Save yourself the trouble and don't go.

The food awesome and delicious. Order ahead and they have it ready when u get there. Plus one time they called me up when I was heading to get my food to tell me they r out of the hot sauce and told them give me the next sauce down from it. They said ok.Very helpful and friendly.

We really enjoy this restaurant. The food is great, and the atmosphere is quite pleasant. While it's not fine dining and doesn't offer table service, if you're a fan of Mexican cuisine, you'll find some nice twists on the classic dishes here. Réservez une table maintenant
