Das von uns besuchte Café Rohleder war eigentlich nur die 2.Wahl. Ursprünglich wollen wir unseren Nachmittagskaffee im „Brothaus“ einnehmen. Jedoch wurden wir von den „Fabrikkuchen“ abgeschreckt. Im Café Rohleder erwarteten wir hausgemachten Kuchen, und haben diesen auch erhalten. Das Problem ist nur, dass fast alle Kuchen und Torten nicht tagesfrisch waren, sondern schon teilweise ein paar Tage alt. Ganz extrem abgetrocknet sah die Spezialität des Hauses, die „Nostalgietorte“ aus. Die will so niemand mehr essen. Wir hatten 2x den Käsekuchen, eine Person hatte ein frischen Kuchenstück auf dem Teller, die andere Person ein Stück von vor 2 Tagen. So etwas geht eigentlich nicht in einem gut geführten Café. Die fünf Plunderteilchen in der Theke lagen kreuz und quer auf dem Tablett, die Kuchenplatte des Himbeerkuchens war total verschmiert. Da wir die einzigen Gäste zu dieser Uhrzeit waren und das Personal eher gelangweilt war, verstehe ich diese Gleichgültigkeit nicht. Eine appetitliche Präsentation der Waren sieht anders aus. Noch einen Satz zum Mobiliar vor dem Haus: Die Stühle waren überall schon sehr abgegriffen, die Tischdecken aus den 90ern. Schade, ein Café im traditionellen Stil sollte geschätzt werden. Erstens von den Gästen und zweitens von den Betreibern. Das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis stimmt, jedoch sollte alles immer frisch sein und der Gastbereich einen gepflegten und inspirierten Eindruck machen. Ach ja, sehr nett waren die kleinen, ausgestochenen Mürbehäschen die zusammen mit dem Milchkaffee serviert wurden. Diese Detailverliebtheit würde ich mir als Gast überall im Café Rohleder wünschen.

First of all the guests and second of the operators. The price/performance ratio is correct, but everything should always be fresh and the guest area should make a well-kept and inspired impression. Oh, yes, very nice were the small, pricked murmocks that were served together with the milk coffee. I would like to see this infatuation as a guest in the café raw leather.
After visiting the Freilandmuseum we were drinking coffee with 6 persons in the coffee raw leather. Coffee and a cup of chocolate for the little one were very good. The cakes and cakes are excellent. An advantage is also the proximity to the city center of Bad Windsheim to make a city stroll after the coffee. WIr can recommend the coffee house.
