We arrived slightly early so we were there bang on our hour slot. Very friendly staff on arrival and we were taken straight to our seat. After settling in we ordered about 10mins from being seated. 2 other tables around us sat in and around the same time.We ordered our food and drinks and then waited to see all the cats.The majority of the cats were all in the lobby to the toilet and loads of kids then block the entrance making this area very congested.Our real issue was it took 55 minutes for our drinks and food to come out (2 other tables had the same) and one of the cakes was still missing.We were very worried we would be asked to leave only having an hour a slot.Then . . . . Unfortunately even though i booked the table online they had no record of our booking for us when we arrived. They did however manage to get us in. There were quite a few of the dishes not available on the menu which was disappointing. My husband chose a starter and was then told that was also off the menu along with one of the sides with his main meal. Surely being a Friday night and the start of a busy weekend, the restaurant should have had enough stock in??! A very disappointing vist.
I have thrown my enkel for a tasty bite, he loved the cats, but we waited almost an hour for his pizza and when it was soggy, was thought to be bbq huh, but hardly had a huh to add insult while we waited, I explained, we had waited almost an hour and it is thought to sit an hour, the server said I could not be asking her time!
1st steak, sirloin £18.99, was tough and not good quality. We were offered rrpacements. But went for minute steaks instead which were great, tender and juicy as the sirloin should have been. Salt grinder was empty, then replaced by another empty one.

wait 30 minutes to order. no jackenkartoffels, no potato wedges on Saturday about half 12 yet 10 minutes before we got our drinks, then another 10 before very average food arrived
A superb day out. Lots of cats and even a couple of kittens. Great friendly atmosphere with plenty of toys for the cats. Will definitely come again
really disappointing only a handful of cats around. Eating terrible had pizza and panini really fat and unusable. milkshakes and cake amazing
Very busy but it was Mother's Day. Very attentive staff who recommended items from the menu and knew what they were talking about.
